Our Services

  • SDVistic Labs provides AI automation solutions, custom software development, and related services
  • Services are provided subject to availability and our technical capabilities
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice
  • Service specifications and deliverables are defined in separate project agreements
  • Support and maintenance terms are specified in individual service contracts

User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials or access information
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
  • Respect intellectual property rights and not infringe on third-party rights
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches

Intellectual Property

  • SDVistic Labs retains ownership of all proprietary technologies and methodologies
  • Custom solutions developed for clients include appropriate licensing terms
  • Clients retain ownership of their data and business-specific customizations
  • Third-party software and services are subject to their respective license terms
  • Any improvements to our core technologies remain our intellectual property

Limitations and Disclaimers

  • Services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service operation
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Force majeure events may affect service delivery without liability

Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in contracts
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of these terms
  • Upon termination, access to services will be discontinued according to contract terms
  • Data retention and return procedures are specified in individual service agreements
  • Surviving provisions include intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation clauses

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovakia and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Slovakia.

For international clients, we strive to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation and may agree to alternative dispute resolution methods when appropriate.
